As of June 2022, ACEM has 178 full-time faculty members. Among them, twenty-six have been selected into national-level talent plans. There are seven recipients of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, and eight recipients of the National Science Fund for Excellent Young Scholars. Our faculty members work within and collaborate across eight departments.

The National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars
国家杰出青年科学基金

The National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars is a higher education program in the People's Republic of China provided by the Mianistry of Education. It was started in 1994, and it supports leading scholars who have already demonstrated distinguished performance in research, and funds them for further independent research on their fields. Only 100 scholars can win this program every year. It is preparatory funding project for The National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars project since 2012, every year, about 400 scholars was granted the fund.

The National Science Fund for Excellent Young Scholars
国家优秀青年科学基金

The National Science Fund for Excellent Young Scholars is the science and technology support fund, promoting the rapid growth of innovative young talents. It mainly supports young science and technology academics with 5-10 years’ research experience who are making some scientific achievements and need funding to continue their advances in their fields. The funds assist them in finding, creating and staying at the coalface of scientific research while allowing young scholars to choose their research direction independently.

ACEM offers a platform that are committed to the widest possible dissemination of journals, including accounting, finance, management, marketing, production/operations management, and supply chain management, etc.

ACEM’s 30+ research centers and initiatives serve as a hub where faculty, students, and members of the business community address pressing global business challenges. Their work generates courses, academic programs, community outreach, working papers, published research, and partnerships among academics, industry, and government.There are now 5 Chinese-overseas joint-venture research centers in Antai.
